We have a chance to win.  Everyone has the opportunity but not all will go there.  It sometimes takes extraordinary strength within and without to make the “play” or “move” in the right direction.  It also takes a lot of training and not all want to invest in that kind of discipline.  Also as a team, we have to have the key ingredient(s) of unity or we will fail.  In order to work together as a team we must trust each other – that’s really the core of making decisions in a decent manner.  Additionally, we must focus on the same goal(s) and not be divided by circumstances that would like to trip up the team.
